Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, we will pre-authorize your card, but it will not be charged immediately. We will then confirm with our supplier that the products you've purchased are available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment, and your order will be dispatched right away. If there is any delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you promptly to discuss the next steps.
Order Delivery
If your order is in stock and ready for dispatch, we will charge your card and dispatch your order within 5 working days. You will receive tracking details via email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you do not receive tracking details within 6 working days, please contact us at info@lawonbeauty.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Damages
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please do not accept the delivery. In the event that you discover damage after accepting the delivery, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@lawonbeauty.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including opening an insurance claim if necessary.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders canceled after 48 hours of being placed may be subject to additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used to place the order.
